Delivery, exchange & returns
The short version: cash on delivery, delivery across pakistan in 3–5 working days, and if anything arrives wrong or faulty we put it right at our cost.
Delivery
- Delivery across Pakistan in 3–5 working days. The clock starts once we’ve confirmed your order with you.
- Delivery is Rs 250 per order, and free on orders of Rs 7,000 or more — that’s two suits.
- We call or WhatsApp you to confirm every order before it ships. If we can’t reach you after a few tries, we may have to cancel it.
- We’ll message you on WhatsApp when your parcel is on its way.
Paying
- Cash on delivery — you pay the rider when the parcel arrives. There’s nothing to pay in advance.
- Please keep the amount ready, and only place an order you intend to receive: a refused parcel costs us delivery both ways.
Wrong or faulty
If you receive the wrong design, a piece is missing, or there’s a fault in the cloth or print, WhatsApp us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it free — including delivery both ways — or refund you if we can’t.
Changed your mind
- You can exchange a suit for another design within 7 days of delivery.
- It needs to come back as it left us: all three pieces, uncut, unwashed and unstitched, in its packaging.
- For a change of mind, you cover the delivery cost of the exchange.
- Cloth that has been cut, stitched or washed can’t be exchanged unless it was faulty.

How do I pay?

What's in a suit?
Three pieces, unstitched: a 2.5 m shirt, a 2.5 m dupatta and a 2.0 m trouser, all in printed khaddar. You take it to your own tailor and have it cut to your measure.
Will it look like the photos?
That's what our customers tell us — see their reviews. Phone screens shift colour a little, so expect small differences in shade. If what arrives isn't what you ordered, we replace it.
Can I exchange or return a suit?
Wrong or faulty? We replace it free. Uncut and unwashed? Exchange within 7 days. Tell us within 7 days of delivery — the full terms are on the delivery & returns page.
Can I order on WhatsApp instead?
Yes — message us on 0317 4411768 with the design name or code (for example CH-06) and your address.
How much is a suit — and is there a deal on more than one?
Rs 3,999 for any design at launch (regularly Rs 5,500). Every suit after the first is Rs 500 off, and two or more ship free — so two suits come to Rs 7,498 delivered, and three to Rs 10,997.
