Privacy
What we keep when you order
Your name, mobile number, delivery address and city, and — only if you give them — your email and any note you add. We also keep which suits you ordered, and the type of browser the order came from, which helps us spot fake orders.
Why
To confirm your order with you, deliver it, and contact you about it. We share your name, number and address with the courier company delivering your parcel. We don’t sell it to anyone.
When you browse
We keep a simple record of each visit: which pages and designs were looked at, how far it got towards an order, where it came from (an Instagram post or an ad, say), the kind of device, and the approximate city your network reports. It’s tied to a random code saved in your browser — not your name — and it stays with us. It’s how we learn what to improve.
If you start checkout
Once you’ve typed your mobile number at checkout, we keep what you’ve entered together with your bag, even if you don’t finish — so if something went wrong we can help you on WhatsApp. Ask and we’ll delete it.
Your bag
What you put in your bag is saved in your own browser so it’s still there when you come back. We see which designs were added as part of the visit record above, but not who added them unless you reach checkout.
Cookies and tracking
The shop sets no advertising cookies. If that ever changes, this page will say so first.
Removing your details
